Refund policy

 To request a refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with us through one of our social media accounts with your order details and a description of the issue you are experiencing. You will be provided with an address to send the parcel. Once we receive the parcel, we will inspect its originality and refund you the amount to your mentioned bank account number.

You can claim a refund within 15 days of your purchase. 5 ML tester packs are not eligible for a refund.
